Monday, April 8 – Saturday, May 25, 2019
Public Reception: Friday, April 12, 5-7 PM

Suzie Tuchman’s work explores the labor involved in maintaining a home as well as the deeper meaning imbued in the repetitive and often tedious tasks of homemaking. Through the transformation of domestic materials in her playful sculptures, artist books, installations and prints, she touches on issues of tradition and gender expectations. Tuchman, who recently completed her Master of Fine Arts, has received numerous awards and has exhibited her work in galleries and museums in New Jersey and New York.
