Rental Information

This air conditioned, historic mill is available for public rentals. Adelphi Mill has a warming kitchen for the caterer of your choice. Only one function is scheduled per day at Adelphi Mill, so the renter has the flexibility of choosing any 11-hour time period, to end no later than 12 AM.

PLEASE NOTE: Effective February 1st, 2013, clients reserving a rental building by phone must confirm rental agreements using electronic signature via email. Clients must have access to email during the reservation phone call as the agreement will be emailed for signature at the same time. Rental agreements will not be finalized until the emailed document is verified and electronically signed by the client.

Deposits

Rental of the Adelphi Mill requires a $200 deposit (cash, Visa or Mastercard) that covers key and security.

Rates for Bi-County Residents

Monday-Thursday - $630/11 hours  
Friday-Sunday - $750/11 hours
Holidays - $1500/11 hours

Rates for Non Bi-County Residents

Monday-Thursday - $830/11 hours  
Friday-Sunday - $950/11 hours
Holidays - $1900/11 hours
