Riversdale is primarily interpreted to the period 1801-1821. Rooms are furnished to appear as they were when Rosalie Stier Calvert lived here. Furniture, ceramics, glassware, textiles, and books include Calvert family pieces and other period antiques. Furnishings are supplemented by high quality reproductions.

Copies of the Stier-Calvert correspondence are held in the Riversdale Historical Society archives. Researchers may access the archives by appointment.
