Betty's Place & Café featuring I-Confect

Stop by and grab a quick snack or enjoy a delicious meal in our warm, inviting, music-filled café. Enjoy homemade soups, salads and sandwiches/wraps. We also offer an assortment of freshly baked muffins and cookies, along with a variety of other pastries. Beverage choices range from a fresh cup of piping hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate to cold fountain drinks and assorted flavors of bottled beverages. Wi-Fi access is available.

Concessions

Only open during Special Events, the Concession Stands offer choices to suit everyone's taste buds. Menu choices range from pizza with your favorite toppings, freshly made sandwiches and salads to soft pretzels, soft drinks, chips, fruit cups and much, much more. Vending

Our vending program offers affordable, brand-name snacks and drinks in convenient locations throughout the complex. Our vending machines offer a wide assortment of products ranging from soda, juice, coffee, candies, chips and pretzels to pre-made sandwiches, salads and entrees. All machines accept dollar bills and a change machine in also available. There are microwaves available for use with heating your vending products. Look for our healthy snack options, which offer better-for-you selections that are lower in calories, fat and sodium. Vending choices are offered through Canteen Vending.

About I Confect, LLC

As a resident of Prince George’s County for over 30 years, Andrea Jackson is the Founder and Confectionista of I Confect, LLC. She began I Confect in 2010 to nurture her creativity – quite a change from her career as a contract financial manager. Andrea left her finance career in 2016 to pursue her dream of bringing fresh baked goods to the DC Metropolitan area.

Andrea is a graduate of Bowie High School, Morgan State University, and UMUC. Andrea’s parents, Larry and Cynthia Jackson join her in I Confect and are very instrumental in sales, product development, design, and procurement.
