Join us for a fun, family 3K walk along the Adelphi Mill Trail. We will warm up with a mini Zumba demo at Langley Park Community Center grounds and will take a break during the walk to learn a few karate skills. Take care of your well-being and enjoy the connection with nature in a safe and community-oriented event.
